The Public Information Act guarantees the public access to information maintained by a government agency. If you wish to request records under the Texas Public Information Act, please refer to the following requirements and guidelines.

Pursuant to Section 522.234 of the Texas Government Code (the Public Information Act), requests received by email at any email address other than the designated email address (e.g., an email to an individual AEDC employee or Board Member) will not be processed as a request for information. Requestors may also use the form on this page to format and submit an electronic request.
